Prices are per person, per week in £GBP. Number in brackets after a price refers to the number of remaining beds available. For prices for groups interested in booking a whole chalet please visit the relevant chalet page.

Booking Procedure
You can book by email or telephone, we will endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within 12 hours.
1. Email info@whitehorizonchalets.co.uk or call +44 7971 205724 or +44 845 0577850 to determine availability of your dates. At this stage we will also confirm the price of your holiday, taking into account group or loyalty discounts.
2. Reserve chalet/room(s) by email or phone – a provisional booking can usually be held for up to 5 days.
3. To confirm your holiday reservation a deposit is required as follows:
Chalet Alistelle and Chalet Amelie: £200 per person or £2200.00 for the whole chalet.
Chalet Le Loup and Chalet Grande Tourne: £150.00 per person or £1200.00 for the whole chalet.
We are able to accept the following payment methods:
i) BANK TRANSFER to our UK business bank account (we will send you our bank details)
ii) DEBIT CARD : Please call us on 07971 205724
iii) CREDIT CARD: Call us on 07971 205724 (+ 2.5% handling charge for credit card payments)
iv) CHEQUE (payable to “White Horizon Chalets Ltd“) posted to our UK address: The Water Tower, 4 The Courtyard, Forest Grange, Forest Road, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 4TG.
4. To complete your reservation please print out a Booking Form, complete and either email or post to us. This is important as it provides us with dietary requirements, rooming arrangements and the names and ages of those travelling.
5. We will send you your holiday confirmation and an outline of your holiday details, along with tailored information relating to ski hire, ski passes, lessons and travel.
6. Payment of the balance of your holiday is due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. We will contact you to remind you. We will then provide you with directions and chalet check in details.
