How to Book
You can book by email or telephone, we will endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within 12 hours
 
1. Email info@whitehorizonchalets.co.uk or call 0845 057 7850 or 07971 205724 to determine availability of your dates. At this stage we will also confirm the price of your holiday.
 
2. Reserve place(s) by email or phone - this provisional booking will be held for 5 days.
 
3. Download or request us to post or email you a booking form. Return your signed and completed booking form to us with a cheque for your deposit of £200 per person for Chalet Alistelle and £150 per person for Chalet Le Loup / Chalet Grande Tourne, made payable to "White Horizon Chalets Ltd".

We are also able to accept the following payment methods:

4. We will send you your holiday confirmation and an outline of your holiday details, along with tailored information relating to ski hire, ski passes, lessons and travel.
 
5. We will contact you to prompt you for the final payment 12 weeks prior to departure, with payment due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.

Master Bedrooms
Guests at Chalet Alistelle have the option to pay a supplement of £20 per person to reserve one of the two large master bedrooms, with balcony. This is subject to availability.

Children and Children's Meals
Children under 12 pay 50% of the normal price when sharing bedroom 1 or 2 of Chalet Alistelle or Chalet Amelie with their parents.

Children's meals and meal times can be arranged. This service is normally available in Chalet Alistelle and Chalet Amelie only, and is subject to sufficient demand (a minimum of 4 children is required). If this is something that you are interested in please request this when you make your reservation. Please note, children must be in the company of a parent or guardian in the chalet at all times and meal times.

Single Occupancy
There is an additional 75% single occupancy charge when a double or twin room is booked for one person. If you are happy to share, where we can we will place you in a suitable room with other guests happy to share. If this is possible, no supplement will be charged.
 
Group Bookings
A group discount is available for booking the whole chalet. This applies when the group leader pays on a single cheque. As a guide, we offer exclusive occupancy of Chalet Alistelle and Chalet Amelie for 12 guests for the price of 11 (One free place & no under occupancy charge).

Chalet Alistelle and Chalet Amelie are very flexible and many different sleeping arrangements are possible.  Please contact us with your group specifications and we will provide you with a tailored quote including great deals for groups booking exclusive use of the chalets.

We offer exclusive occupancy of Chalet Le Loup / Chalet Grande Tourne for 8 guests for the price of 7. Please note, Chalet Le Loup is only available for whole chalet bookings.

Chalet check in and check out
Check in on the day of your arrival is from 16.00 hrs. Check out on the day of your departure is 10.00 hrs. These times are important as they allow us to prepare the chalet in time for your arrival. For self drive guests, wherever possible we will be flexible with the use of changing, shower and luggage storage facilities outside of these times if you want to squeeze in a last morning on the slopes.
