How to Book
You can book by email or telephone, we will endeavour to respond to all email enquiries within 12 hours
 
1. Email info@whitehorizonchalets.co.uk or call 0870 754 1779 or 07971 205724 to determine availability of your dates. At this stage we will also confirm the price of your holiday.
 
2. Reserve place(s) by email or phone - this provisional booking will be held for 5 days.
 
3. Download or request us to post or email you a booking form. Return your signed and completed booking form to us with a cheque for your deposit of £200 per person for Chalet Alistelle and £150 per person for Chalet Le Loup / Chalet Bollin, made payable to "White Horizon Chalets Ltd".
 
4. We will send you a confirmation of your booking, a receipt for your deposit, an outline of your holiday details and an invoice for the final payment.
 
5. We will contact you to prompt you for the final payment 12 weeks prior to departure, with payment due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.

Master Bedrooms
Guests at Chalet Alistelle have the option to pay a supplement of £20 per person to reserve one of the two large master bedrooms, with balcony. This is subject to availability.

Guests at Chalet Bollin have the option to pay a supplement of £25 per person to reserve the large master bedroom, with balcony. This is subject to availability.

Children and Children's Meals
Children under 12 pay 50% of the adult price when sharing one of the Chalet Alistelle master bedrooms with their parents. If you would like to have separate Children's meals and meal times, there is a supplement of £40.00 payable per child per week. This service is available in Chalet Alistelle only and is subject to sufficient demand (a minimum of 4 children is required). If this is something that you are interested in please request this when you make your reservation. Please note, children must be in the company of a parent or guardian in the chalet at all times.

Single Occupancy
There is an additional 75% single occupancy charge when a double or twin room is booked for one person. If you are happy to share, where we can we will place you in a suitable room with other guests happy to share. If this is possible, no supplement will be charged.
 
Group Bookings
A group discount is available for booking the whole chalet. This applies when the group leader pays on a single cheque. We offer exclusive occupancy of Chalet Alistelle for 12 guests for the price of 11.

We offer exclusive occupancy of Chalet Le Loup for 8 guests for the price of 7. Please note, Chalet Le Loup is only available for whole chalet bookings.

We offer exclusive occupancy of Chalet Bollin for 10 guests for the price of 9. For further information please contact us with your group requirements.

Chalet check in and check out
Check in on the day of your arrival is from 16.00 hrs. Check out on the day of your departure is 10.00 hrs. These times are important as they allow us to prepare the chalet in time for your arrival. For self drive guests, wherever possible we will be flexible with the use of changing, shower and luggage storage facilities outside of these times if you want to squeeze in a last morning on the slopes.
