Ski Passes

Order your ski passes online and we will have your ski passes waiting at your chalet when you arrive. Ordering in advance will save you time in resort allow you to get on the mountain faster. No need to walk to or queue at the ski pass office!

PRE-BOOK SKI PASSES

Please submit the ski pass order form at least 5 days in advance of your holiday. This will enable us to have your ski passes at the chalet for your arrival. The ski pass order form can be found lower down this page. Please read the notes on this page before completing it, thank you.

SKI PASS DURATION

For a weekly Saturday to Saturday holiday most of our guests order a 6 day ski pass which for 2023/24, gives 7 days skiing. Remember to select your pass to start on the first day you will actually ski. If you plan to ski on both Saturdays, order a 7 day ski pass which gives 8 days skiing. If you wish to ski on your arrival Saturday please contact us to arrange collection of your ski pass.

FAMILY SKI PASSES

*** Winter 2023/24 - a FAMILY ski pass is only available by ordering DIRECT from the STGM (ski lift operator). Contact us for further details.*** A discount is available for a family of at least 4 people. The family MUST include at least 2 children between and including the ages of 8 and 18 years. A family ski pass gives approx. £169.00 off the combined individual price of 2 adults and 2 children.

AGE CATEGORIES & FREE SKI PASSES

Child: 8-18 yrs inclusive Senior: 65-74 yrs inclusive FREE ski pass: 0-7 yrs inclusive FREE ski pass: 75+ yrs Free ski passes need to be arranged at the local STGM sales office - the person the free ski pass is for needs to be present, with their passport.

BEGINNERS

There are free ski lifts for beginners on the beginners slopes in Tignes Les Brevieres, Tignes 1800 and in Tignes 2100. We would advise beginners not to order a ski pass because you may not require a ski pass initially. Your instructor will advise you when this is required. Ski passes can be purchased in resort during your week at the ski pass sales office at the foot of the slopes in Tignes Les Brevieres.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All our ski pass prices are in British Pounds (£). We set our ski pass prices to be the same as our supplier’s public resort rate allowing for slight fluctuations in exchange rate, our foreign exchange transfer fees and our small administrative costs. If the exchange rate changes then we may revise these prices, however, once you have ordered and paid for your ski passes, the price is fixed. Our ski pass pre-ordering and delivery is a service designed to make your holiday smoother and more relaxing. For payment of your ski pass order we are able to accept payment by bank transfer only.

CANCELLATIONS

Having ordered ski passes through us, if you need to cancel your ski pass order, please let us know as soon as you can. If we are able to recover the costs from the ski pass office then we will happily refund you the cost of your ski pass, less any difference as a result of exchange rate changes and the cost of money transfers. If the STGM deem it necessary to close the entire lift system then we will forward on a letter of confirmation from the STGM to you to enable you to make a claim on your winter sports insurance for lost skiing days. White Horizon Chalets Ltd are unable to provide refunds if the lift system is closed for any reason, including due to Strike action .

TIGNES & VAL D'ISERE

For winter 2023/24, all ski passes for a duration of more than one day include the whole 300 km of the Tignes and Val D’Isere ski area. A 'Tignes only' local ski pass is no longer available. The area is well linked and the ski lifts are so efficient that it is possible to ski to Val D’Isere and back in a morning, so most skiers will be able to make sure of the full area.
